Devansh pov
I couldn't sleep last night, sleep was long gone after knowing about her, I got up from the bed and went to take a bath, as i entered the washroom i could smell the fragrance of sandal, I stepped inside the pool which was small compared to the one in my chamber in prathapgad, i applied the natural pastes for bath, i relaxed for a while in the warm water and stepped out of the pool and got ready in a white kurta and worn my jewels and went to meet Nakul.
Most of the guests had arrived already as the swayamwar was tomorrow itself, Nakul might be busy with all the arrangements and all.
On my way to his chamber I saw parth and Shivansh coming towards my chamber, I saw them and Shivansh said
"Oh jyesth we were coming to your chamber itself"
"You were going somewhere jyesht?"parth asked
"I was going to meet Nakul" I replied
"Let's go and meet him together, we don't have anything to do here" Shivansh insisted
Even before I could answer he dragged us with him
We reached Nakul's chamber and went in after getting permission, he looked busy with all the works, he looked up and saw us and asked us to take a seat, there was silence till I asked
"Did we disturb you by any chance Nakul?"
"Hey, not at all Devansh" he replied with a bright smile on his face.
Again silence followed till parth asked
"So where is bhabhi?, I couldn't see her anywhere"
"Why would she be here she'll be in her kingdom right nakul Bhaisa" shivansh said rolling his eyes.
Parth gave a death glare at him and continued.
"Bhaisa where is bhabhi?I'm asking you only" he asked
Nakul bent his head down controlling himself from crying.
Shivansh looked at everyone in confusion.
"What happened Nakul Bhaisa, is everything okay?"parth asked
"No parth, pithashri has locked Nimisha in her room and is not letting her out of the room, he is not allowing me to enter her room as well" he said
A small tear escaped his eyes.
"Why? What happened? Why isn't mama Shri allowing Nimisha didi out of her room? And why is parth Bhaisa calling Nimisha didi as bhabhi?" Shivansh immediately asked many questions together
"Calm down Shivansh", parth said
and continued "what happened Bhai why isn't mama Shri leaving Nimisha bhabhi out of her room?" He asked
"Because, he came to know about Nimisha and Devansh's love for eachother" Nakul replied.
As soon as shivansh heard the word love, his eyes became wide open and he started shouting.
"Whattttt? Are you serious? Jyesht in love with Nimisha didi? What are you talking?" He asked
I could see that he had mixed feelings,
and after few seconds he started laughing.Parth gritted his teeth in anger and asked
"why are you laughing? Are u insane?" He asked in a harsh rude voice and slightly banged his fist on the table infront of him.
Shivansh stopped laughing and said,
"Alright, alright clam down" He gave a pause and then continued "From when did these things happen?"
I replied,"since childhood Shivansh"
His eyes again became wide open, again he started shouting.
Now I could notice that he was very excited to know about our love story
"Since childhood!!!!" Shivansh shouted.
"Lower your voice shivansh, nobody should know this thing except us, do you get it?" I said
"Ok jyesht but how? I'm really surprised!!"
He said and continued "parth Bhaiya knows everything about you two, then why didn't you guys tell it to me? This is so bad jyesht" he said and made a fake crying face.
"I'm really sorry shivansh you were too young then so I...." I was cut off in between by shivansh.
"So? Now I'm grown up jyesht you could've told me now" he again started to talk in a loud voice.
"This is the reason why we didn't tell you about this thing" parth said
"Which reason Bhai?" shivansh replied
"Because you are a loud speaker, maybe many would've heard by now and maybe everyone knows everything now" parth said while rolling his eyes.
Shivansh made a puppy face looking at him.
"But bhaiii" he again made a innocent face
"Can you both please stop this here" I said
"Look shivansh, me and Nimisha were in love when we were young, we hid our relationship from everyone but somehow parth and Nakul found it out, and they supported us, though nakul was quiet angry at me in the beginning, I'm really sorry for not informing you"
I replied.
"That's ok jyeshth" he replied in an unbothered voice.
We started discussing about, what we need to do on swayamvar day and soon it was already noon .
We were still discussing but then,
I noticed someone's shadow outside of the room, hearing everything about our discussion, I felt a bit nervous thinking if that person would be mama Shri, or any of his spy, then I got up from my seat and walked towards the door.
Suddenly shivansh who was not facing the door asked me "What happened jyesht? Why are you heading towards the door?" I wanted to bang my head to the nearby wall, parth was ready to throw hands at him but nakul was holding him back.
As soon as he said that the shadow started to disappear, and before i could go out we heard a loud "thuddd!" From outside of the room, I ran to see who it was but I found no one there, a big vase had fell down and was broken.
Hearing the loud noise shivansh, parth and Nakul had also rushed there,
"How did it fall Devansh?" Nakul asked .
"Don't know, I noticed a shadow hearing us secretly so, I came to see who it was but by then, he ran away making this pot fall down" I said
"What? Somebody was listening to us?"Shivansh said being shocked
"Who could it be?" Parth asked
"Don't know parth, let's hope that they don't spoil anything tomorrow" I said.
"Don't worry Dev, Everything will go as planned" Nakul replied.
I gave a small smile and went back to my chamber
